With 14 years of comprehensive healthcare experience, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership acumen to the field. My career began in critical care, where I delivered high-acuity patient care in Intensive Care Unit settings. This hands-on experience laid a strong foundation for my advancement into quality management leadership, where I effectively enhanced healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

As a Nationally Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, my focus has evolved to support my community in achieving optimal health. I specialize in various areas, including Primary Care, Medically Supported Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, and Anti-aging/Muscle Recovery. My passion is to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives through a holistic approach to wellness

Troy Ebensberger brings over 20 years of fitness and nutrition experience to Your Texas Health. A former collegiate athlete, Troy’s dedication to health and wellness has shaped his passion for helping others achieve their goals.

As the co-founder of Your Texas Health, Troy works alongside his wife, Savannah, a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner, to provide personalized, family-focused care. Together, they strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel supported on their journey to better health.
